FamHero ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through our website at famhero.app and how we use it.

Information We Collect

During our pre-launch period, we collect only what we need to keep you in the loop:

• Name and email address — provided voluntarily when you join our waitlist

We do not collect passwords, payment information, or any other personal data at this stage.

How We Use Your Information

Your name and email are used to:

• Send you a confirmation email when you sign up
• Notify you when FamHero launches
• Occasionally share product updates (no more than once or twice a month)

We will never sell your information, share it with advertisers, or use it for anything you didn't sign up for.

Email Service Provider

We use Resend to send emails and manage our subscriber list. When you provide your name and email, that data is stored and processed by Resend on our behalf. Your personal information is stored exclusively in Resend — we do not store it in any other database or system.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how people use our website — things like which pages are visited most and which buttons get clicked. GA4 collects anonymized usage data. We do not send any personally identifiable information (like your name or email) to GA4.

Data Retention

Your email and name are kept in Resend for as long as you remain on our mailing list. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or by contacting us directly to request deletion.

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correct — ask us to update inaccurate information
• Delete — request that we remove your data entirely
• Unsubscribe — opt out of emails at any time

This website is directed at parents and guardians, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with their information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
